A notary since 1991, Philippe CLEMENT has been practising on the French Riviera for nearly thirty years. After almost three decades as a partner at a leading notarial firm in Antibes, he joined 1795 Notaires in 2025, driven by the desire to embrace a new professional challenge and to share a common vision of the notarial profession.
Deeply attached to Cannes, where he has lived for over twenty years, he favours an approach founded on attentive listening, clear guidance and the quality of the relationships he builds with his clients.
He holds a university degree in wealth management and remains firmly committed to continuing professional development, most recently completing a Family Officer certification. He believes that true expertise is shaped as much by experience as by the continuous pursuit of knowledge.
